Next day delivery

For locations within 15 km of Brisbane CBD, we can deliver your order the next day, if you place your order by 4 pm. Deliveries are made on weekdays (except public holidays) between 10 am and 5 pm. We are unable to guarantee delivery at an exact time however if you need your order by a specific time, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Sorry, we are unable to deliver to post boxes. 

1-4 day Australia Wide delivery

We express dispatch Australia-wide deliveries every Monday & Tuesday. Deliveries typically arrive within 1-2 days however remote area deliveries can take up to 4 days. We track every order and will keep you updated throughout the delivery process so you know when to expect your brownies. Sorry, we are unable to deliver to post boxes. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests to deliver at a particular time of the day as we don’t personally deliver your orders so cannot control the time they arrive.

Undeliverable Orders

The following circumstances may make a delivery unable to be completed. 

- Deliveries to locations within a secure building, where couriers are unable to gain access. 

- Deliveries to locations where the order cannot be safely left, if no-one is at the premises.

- Deliveries addressed incorrectly.

- Deliveries to postal 'Lockers' or P.O Boxes

For local Brisbane deliveries, undeliverable orders will be returned to the bakery & a re-delivery fee will be charged. Alternatively, the order can be collected from our Hemmant bakery on the next working day. 

For deliveries outside 15 km of Brisbane CBD, undeliverable orders will be discarded and will need to be re-ordered.

No refunds or credits can be offered under these circumstances. 

Gluten-Free: I Heart Brownies are all Gluten-Free! We make them in our dedicated ‘Gluten-Free’ commercial kitchen.

Dairy-Free: If you are avoiding dairy, our Dairy-Free and Vegan flavours are suitable for you to consume.

Nut-Free: We do use nuts in our kitchen however we take care to minimise the risk of cross-contact between I Heart Brownies with nuts and those without.

Vegan: We have a Vegan brownie that will knock your socks off! Currently available in our Original Chocolate flavour.

Soy is present in the chocolate we use to make our brownies. If you are unable to eat soy, our brownies are unsuitable for you to consume.

If you are anaphylactic to nuts, egg, soy, or dairy we do not recommend that you consume our products.

I Heart Brownies are preservative-free and best consumed within three days if kept at room temperature. If you refrigerate your brownies they will remain delicious for 3 weeks and when frozen, for 3 months!

Pro Tip: Keep your brownies in an air-tight container for max freshness.
